Bronze Plan $22/mo or $200/yr

Basic Inspections (3x a year)

What's included?

  • Full function test of the system
  • Effluent inspection consisting of a visual check and examination for odor.
  • Sludge level check as needed.
  • Chlorine residual inspection. (as needed)
  • Cleaning filter on aerator.
  • Testing operation of your system including aerator, effluent pump, alarm, control box and sprinkler heads.
  • After every inspection you will receive a copy of our inspection report.
  • 10% off replacement parts (labor not included)
  • Service Calls $125



Silver Plan $40/mo $400/yr

  • Up to 1 sprinkler head per year
  • Pump Screen Cleaning
  • Alarm Float Warranty (Labor and Parts as needed)
  • Pump Float Warrant (Labor and Parts)
  • 10% off replacement parts (effluent pump, aerator, control panel) (Labor Not Included)
  • $75 Service Calls

Gold $1,000/yr

Hassle-free Peace of mind!

Everything in Bronze and Silver plans +

  • Pumping (1 full pump out per 3 year period).
  • Warranty of all parts listed here: effluent pump, aerator compressor, floats, alarm, control panel, sprinkler heads, plumbing (inside tank).
  • No service call fee for any non-covered issues.
  • Monthly Chlorine Service (1 per month = 12/yr)
  • Up to 2 Riser lids per year (Lids damaged due to neglect or abuse will not be covered)
